Rubber surfaces can easily oxidize and turn an unsightly brown color. Jay’s Heavy-Duty Rubber Cleaner immediately breaks down stubborn rubber blooming, rinses away clean, and leaves a fresh surface ready for the next dressing application.
Effectively loosen and clean the stubborn contaminants that cling to your tires & other rubber surfaces. Oftentimes, these contaminants are resistant to soap and other powerful cleaning agents. Jay's Heavy-Duty Rubber Cleaner has been formulated to quickly and easily break down the stubborn film that builds up as a result of dirt & grime clinging to the tire.
Blended with a unique combination of alkaline-concentrated solvents & surfactants, the high-sudsing formula easily removes silicones, polymers, greases and any other previously applied dressing. After cleaning, the tire or rubber surface is left completely bare and ready to accept a new dressing application (if desired). Tire & rubber dressing perform better and last longer when they’re able to bond directly to the rubber surface instead of being layered on top of old, crusty dressing applications. Start fresh and achieve professional results with Heavy-Duty Rubber Cleaner from Jay Leno’s Garage!
Shake well. Work in a shaded area when surface is cool to the touch. Work on one tire at a time. Do not allow product to dry on the surface. Avoid contact with raw, anodized or polished aluminum wheels. Test an inconspicuous area to confirm desired results.
1. Rinse loose dirt & debris with a clean water prior to applying.
2. Spray liberally on to tire side wall. Allow a few moments for formula to penetrate.
3. Scrub with a stiff-bristled brush to loosen browning & blooming on rubber surfaces.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely.

Very good product. Cleans the brown off tires easily to leave them nice and black
Absolutely the best rubber cleaner I've ever used. The directions on the bottle read "Avoid contact with raw, anodized or polished aluminum wheels". Not sure what would happen so I use a different product on my vehicle with polished aluminum wheels. Additionally, I've ordered two bottles on two different occasions and each order arrived with one of the bottles leaking from the bottom. Otherwise, if you have tires that are turning brown, this is your go to product.
It was hard to get an even coating of this product on the tire because no matter how the nozzle was turned only a stream would come out, not a spray. The product did work well.
Cleaned off a kind of mud-like film that was left even after using degreaser, still a few places were you could see brush marks, but overall very clean and accepts tyre dressing perfectly. Instructions say to shake before use and i forgot on my second use and had to re-do 3 tyres, used nearly half the bottle doing that :(
Cleaned my 35" Raptor tires with ease. The dirt falls right off!
