Official Rules: Jay Leno’s Garage SEMA 2026 Wash Kit Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ATTENDANCE AT THE SEMA SHOW IS NOT REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. The Jay Leno’s Garage SEMA 2026 Wash Kit Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by AP51, LLC, 11450 Markon Dr., Garden Grove, CA 92841 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and ends at 4:00 p.m. PT on Friday, November 6, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, visit [entry page URL] (also available by scanning the QR code at the Jay Leno’s Garage booth at the SEMA Show) and complete and submit the online form with your valid email address. First name is optional. An entry is received when the form is submitted during the Entry Period. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Jay Leno’s Garage. You may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing after you enter does not void your entry. Incomplete entries, entries received outside the Entry Period, and entries made by automated means are void.
5. Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional entries from the same person or email address, or entries using multiple or fake email addresses, will be void.
6. Winner Selection and Odds. On or about November 13, 2026, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter, on or about the drawing date. A potential winner must reply within thirty (30) days of notification and provide a U.S. shipping address (no P.O. boxes). If a potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable or filtered as spam.
8. Prizes. Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) Jay’s Ultimate Detailing Arsenal Bucket Kit and eleven (11) 16 oz. bottles of Ceramic Wash Shampoo. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $317.76. Total ARV of all prizes: $953.28. Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s U.S. address [all at once within approximately six (6) weeks of verification]. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
9. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or who violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including technical failure, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway and, if it does, award the prizes in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the action.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, and their officers, directors, employees and agents (“Released Parties”) from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any technical, network or computer malfunction.
11. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial and state of residence for announcing the winners, without further compensation.
12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
13. Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
14. Winners List. For the first name, last initial and state of the winners, email [contact email] or send a request to the Sponsor address above within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
15. Not Affiliated. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, SEMA, the SEMA Show, or Klaviyo.
